Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You"), and fu888 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://fu888.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the fu888 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on the fu888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. fu888 operates a strict minimum age policy. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the fu888 Platform or any related service operated by the Company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any international sanctions that would prevent you from receiving online gaming services.

fu888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Registration

Each eligible Player is permitted to holdone (1) active account on the fu888 Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your:

• Legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address (Malaysian addresses accepted, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and other localities)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fu888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where the breach resulted from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Deposits & Payments

fu888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including but not limited to Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your fu888 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fu888 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited to your account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) screening. fu888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit.
• fu888 does not accept payments from third parties or anonymous payment instruments.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. fu888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standardresholds or where the account has not previously undergone full KYC verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• fu888 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 5 business minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and internal review requirements.
• Winings derived from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• fu888 may withold withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified.

Bonuses & Promotions

fu888 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP Diamond members), and referal incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses may carry expiry periods. Any bonus balance not utilised within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as stated per promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and withold associated winings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotional offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of either or both bonus balances.
• VIP Programme: The Birthday Bonus, Refer-a-Friend reward (MYR 38 per successful referral), and tier-specific cashback rates are governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which form part of this Agreement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following acts and omissions constitute material breaches of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to generate wagers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software glitches, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings resulting from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting in a manner that the Company reasonably determines constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or negatively impacts the Platform's operation or other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or source code of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the fu888 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, user interface design, software, and game content, is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of the Company.

The fu888 name and logo are registered trade identifiers of the Company. Unauthorised use of these identifiers — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fu888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game thereon.
• Errors or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunction, provided that the Company takes reasonable corrective action.
• Losses caused by a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fu888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Responsible Gambling

fu888 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide players with a range of tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML documentation requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Player's payment provider.

• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of AML and KYC review.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fu888 holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

fu888 acknowledges that it does not hold any licence issued by Malaysian authorities, as no regulatory framework for online gaming licences currently exists in Malaysia. Malaysian players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this Platform is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Amendments

fu888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material in nature, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the fu888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
